RETURN POLICY If you are not happy with your Theresa Kathryn purchase for any reason, we will gladly exchange it, replace it or issue a refund. Refunds will be given on NEW and UNUSED, merchandise within 14 days of receipt. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Sorry, all SALE / CLEARANCE items are Final Sale (no refunds or exchanges). 
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY For all on-line purchases made after 11/15/07, we will extend our exchange only policy until 01/15/08. Just send an email to : customerservice@theresakathryn.com  to request a RA# which will be followed by specific "gift" exchange instructions.  
Theresa Kathryn Return Process:
Simply request an RA (Return Authorization number) by e-mailing the Return Authorization form (see below) to: customerservice@theresakathryn.com. Please return the item(s) in the original packaging and include a copy of your receipt or invoice and a copy of the completed RA form. To ensure that proper credit will be received, we recommend that you choose a carrier that will enable you to track your return.
Returns will usually be processed within two weeks and credits should post to your credit card account within two billing cycles.
Please note: THERESA KATHRYN ONLINE DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PRODUCTS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED VIA THIS WEBSITE. Merchandise that was purchased from a store or website other than www.theresakathryn.com cannot be returned or exchanged through this site.
