How will my order be shipped?
 
Please allow at least 48 hours from the time of payment for your order to be shipped.
We offer shipping via UPS with the following services: Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. Once your order is shipped, you will recieve an email with your tracking number. You may view the status of your order at www.ups.com.
 
 
What is your return policy?
 
If you are not happy with your Theresa Kathryn purchase, you may return within 14 days of delivery in it's original condition. Please email customerservice@theresakathryn.com to request a "Return Authorization Form." 
 
 
May I exchange my bag for a different model?
 
Theresa Kathryn is happy to exchange your bag in it's original condition within 15 days of delivery if it doesn't meet your needs. Please email customerservice@theresakathryn.com to request a "Return Authorization Form."
